PROSEAL-20
Proseal-20 is a very low viscous liquid rubber polymer, for injection sealing, which activates with Activator chemical to instantly create a very high strength flexible impervious seal.
The purpose for this product is injection watersealing and water control in mines and tunnels where water is presently flowing. Because of the fast reaction time of the chemical, Proseal–20 is ideal for fast flowing water.
Proseal – 20 sealant is injected several meters into the rock/concrete structure to intercept the problem water, the chemical will react with the Activator chemical injected into the same body of water but through a separate drilled hole. The chemical will create a mechanical rubber plug to successfully seal the water, and because of its very low viscosity, Proseal-20 will penetrate surrounding cracks and voids >1mm wide.
For large volumes of water, Proseal-20 can be used in conjunction with cement to form an even stronger watertight plug in the rock structure.

Proseal-20 works excellent in hot or cold conditions.
Can easily seal slow flowing water as well as large fast flowing water.

REACTION TIME WITH ACTIVATOR CHEMICAL (COMPONENT B) - Less than one second
Proseal-20 sealant is simple easy to use product but should be used by skilled personal whom are familiar to grouting with chemicals as well as with this product.

HUB - 3
HUB – 3 is a liquid prepolymer for injection sealing, which activates with Proseal-S (component B) and grows 3 times in size to form a high strength closed cell rubber foam.
The main purpose for this product is injection watersealing and water control in mining and tunnel constructions. Also suitable for crack injection in civil applications, ground stabilization, concrete / masonry dams and plugs, sealing voids and cavities.

HUB – 3 works excellent in dry conditions as well as wet conditions.
Can easily seal flowing water.
To seal fast flowing water, refer to our Proseal 20 chemical.

Characteristics

Foaming on contact with Proseal-S (component B), volume increases by ± 3 times.
HUB – 3 will stall in ± 60 seconds, set in ± 2 minutes and cure in ± 1 hour.
Final cured, is a very high strength flexible rubber membrane / plug.
Complete closed cell solid.
Has a high penetration when injected due to its initial low viscosity.
Safety approved.
